Just when I thought it was safe to relax and take it easy on the lead up to Christmas, I was given the opportunity to participate in a group pop-up Art Exhibition! With only a week's notice, I scrambled to get almost 30 of my paintings ready to display. I came up with a great way of hanging the paintings (without putting nails into the walls) using clothes racks and picture hanging wire, and madly created all the labels and created QR codes to ensure easy purchases.
Together with Rod Bailey, Peter Kowalenko, Joe Geia and Mal Ritchie, we have managed to put together a fabulous art exhibition with lots of seascapes, landscapes, indigenous art and a couple of still life paintings.
